Jim Kirkconnell

Assistant Counsel

Jim is a triple-Gator, having earned his BA, JD, and LLM from the University of Florida. He spent most of his early career as an attorney for the Department of Children and Families before returning to law school for his LLM in taxation. He then went into private practice, focusing on civil litigation and transactional work, as well as handling bankruptcy cases for businesses and individuals. Jim assists the Office of General Counsel in litigation, transactional matters, and public records requests.
