Susan Goffman

Susan Goffman serves as counsel to the University of Florida Foundation and as a senior attorney for the University of Florida. She advises on matters related to tax-exempt organizations, gifts and philanthropic grants, charitable giving tax issues, real estate gifts and acquisitions, data and IT contracts and implementations, privacy and confidentiality, and corporate governance.

Before joining the University of Florida, Susan was a partner with Holland & Knight representing commercial clients in real property transactions, title-related issues, and financing arrangements. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology, with honors, from Duke University and her Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
