Colt H. Little

Associate Vice President for Enterprise Projects and Senior Counsel

In his role as Senior Counsel, Colt Little advises the University of Florida and its affiliated entities on matters related to real estate, construction, finance, and facilities, and as Associate Vice President for Enterprise Projects, he serves as a project coordinator, advisor, and liaison for certain large, cross-divisional, capital projects.  Colt provides representation, strategy, and advice on a broad range of transactional matters including real estate acquisition and development; construction and capital improvements; financing transactions; and facilities operation and maintenance; and miscellaneous other matters pertaining generally to real property, capital projects, facilities, and agriculture.  

Colt earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with honors, from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University, and prior to joining the University of Florida in 2014, he practiced in the areas of real estate, construction, and public finance with several Florida law firms.
