Colt H. Little

Associate Vice President for Enterprise Projects and Senior Counsel 

Colt Little advises the University of Florida and its affiliated entities on matters related to real estate, finance, and procurement.  Colt provides representation and legal advice on a broad range of transactional matters including: real estate acquisition and development; construction and capital improvements; leases, easements, and license/use agreements; financing transactions; facilities operation and maintenance; procurement procedures; livestock issues; and miscellaneous other transactional matters pertaining to property, facilities, and agriculture.  

Prior to joining the University of Florida, Colt practiced real estate, public finance, and local government law with several law firms in Orlando, Florida.  Colt earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with honors, from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University
