Amy B. Quillen
Assistant University Counsel
Amy reviews documents related to public records requests and provides advice on public records law. She helps manage the process of adding and amending university regulations and reviews new regulations and changes to current regulations. Prior to joining the General Counsel’s Office at the University of Florida, Amy worked as an assistant counsel at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, and in private practice in Durham, North Carolina. Amy received her juris doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she served as an Article Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. She received her bachelor of arts degree with high honor from Agnes Scott College, majoring in Economics and French.
